About northwest communities

The two founders, Samantha Ruby and Kristine Banister, met as co-workers at an association management company in Coeur d’Alene Idaho in 2015.

Northwest Communities was established in 2021 with the vision of creating the best association management company in Idaho. The founders were passionate with all aspects of managing the various community types but found themselves limited being employees of other management companies.

With an increased level of service, consistent follow-through, effective communications, and industry leading strategies, Northwest Communities is dedicated to your community.  Through the years they have made countless professional connections in Idaho and Washington with property owners, real estate agents, insurance agents, landscape maintenance companies, contractors, and other community managers.

Northwest Communities manages the administrative and financial responsibilities of over 20 non-profit community associations in Idaho and Washington.
